Kirk Anderson’s animations have helped media organizations (New Internationalist, 2013), non-profitorganizations (Denver's Concerts For Kids, 2013), and corporate organizations (General Mills, illustration work for video production, 2011) achieve their goals. For the past year, Kirk has also worked regularly with Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoonist/animator Mark Fiore.
Kirk's animation has been contracted for documentary films (Breakdown: the US and Middle East, 2005, dir. Joanne Tucker); he also provided the illustrations for the animation in Leave No Soldier (2008, dir. Donna Bassin, a documentary on Veterans for Peace and Rolling Thunder), and The War On Greed (a 2008 animated Brave New Films short).
Additional animation can be seen at Kirk's website.
Kirk's road to animation was paved with 20 years as an editorial cartoonist.
